Aren't employees of an organization allowed to discuss, in their own individual capacity, public misbehavior by colleagues and their associates? Or is there some kind of thin blue line that mustn't be crossed even when there is wrong-doing, sort of like when a corrupt police organization rallies around its own to cover for its own, right or wrong?
