I got the biz mileage on optiontown upgrade on MA in the AY+ program. I don't know about BAEC. I flew 2,5 hrs HEL-BUD (well worth the upg) and 1 hr BUD-BUH (not worth, I skipped the return leg)
If it's the Q400, definitely not worth it
Ex-BUH they flew a wet-leased Q100 (?) wet leased from Budapest Air Services - the smallest aircraft I flew so far. Good thing I skipped the u/g
