I'm wondering the same. All my NZ J experience has been on NZ5/6 and NZ1/2 both LAX-AKL and LAX-LHR. Has been just over a year but the half dozen trips I've taken have been great experiences for a business product. Some are certainly less attentive than others but it's by no means bad and the same goes for the catering on those routes.
