Agreed. Anyway, in my experience, passangers are generally more helpful and empatic then rude airline stuff and switch seats when needed to accomodate a family.

Take it up to your authorities - in most European countries at least, LH (and all other airlines) have to advertise the whole ticket price, with YQ, TSC etc.
