Honestly, I'd go with row 6. They have more pitch than any other Y seats, and I've had no problem accessing the aisle without needing others to get up. 6AF will be perfect for what you want to do, not to mention being a lot closer to the front of the cabin.
Agreed on all counts ^ (especially on row 6) and pretty safe if the 319 gets swapped to a 320 as well as with the exit rows, you could end up in e- on one version of the 320
