In order to spend sometimes at Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.. and the cable car.
We are thinking to stay for another night.
I checked the weather in Early Dec - Low is 50F at night, hope day time is not too bad, that allow us enjoy the trip on the second day.

Arrive at 8:20pm (Day 1 - Sunday)
- Check in at Marriot (Close airport)

Day 2 (Monday)
Spend whole day at the Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.
- This is our first time to Hong Kong, and wonder what can we do at the Kowloon and Hong Kong Island... Any timeline suggestion with Places to get and things to do with kids. (Sound like the Airport express tickets is the best way to go both place.)

Day 3 (Tuesday)
Take the cable car then catch the 3:20pm.
