Were you on a 763 or 772?

While the 763 Business experience isn't quite as good as the 772 Business Premier experience, I still rate it quite highly.

Did you talk with the In Flight Service Manager during the flight? They're always quick to rectify what they can, and take note of what they can't.

A shame you had a bad experience this trip. I can't recall having a bad experience in either Business or Business Premier.
