The Rolls are not owned by the hotel. The hotel has a contract with a luxury car service which provides the vehicles, maintains, and staffs them. This is a wonderful value added amenity which helps to set them apart from the other luxury hotels in London. If I were the managment I would hedge my bets that the economy is going to improve and establish prices for this contract for a few years or include a clause limiting the upside increase in cost charge to the hotel when the contract expires.
