Along the same lines, does anyone have an idea of how far in advance the manifest is printed? An hour prior to scheduled departure? Several hours?

I typically book/ manage reservations using my MPC account and then change to AA at the airport so that I can collect AAdvantage miles. I always wonder whether or not my AA status (higher than MPC) shows up on the manifest as opposed to MPC.
