All the major U.S. airlines have similar programs. They're all run by the same company - Rewards Network, previously iDine - and they all work the same way. There are threads on each of them in the corresponding airlines' forums (or fora).
Any idea what happens if you sign up for dining rewards through multiple programs? I'm signed up through AA, but just got an e-mail from Hilton with similar bonuses for signing up and reviewing through their program.
