Then I saw it was posted on March 9!!

I am in tokyo as well and it certainly was a bit scary. Not speaking the language I was in a 7/11 when it hit and the staff and custoomers all ran out leaving me alone with products flying off the shelves around me.

Currently the streets are 5 deep with tens of thousdands of people walking home.

I just heard a report that public phones are free. not sure if that covers international (for those of you without cell pphone coverage).

This particular little PMS effort of Mother Nature was without a doubt an Event of Magnitude (sorry bad pun.)
