We often face this situation. SQ allows you to do one way redemption.
You can redeem your biz ticket, redeem one way for Ms. and let Ms. use her mile for her own return leg.

They don't allow to transfer miles between account but for 2 people travelling, as long as you have enough of the miles for the one way in another account, you are safe.
