I haven't been to Coconut Point, so can't advise on that. But I have been to the other 2 and for a vacation with kids I would easily choose Clearwater. Key West is definitely an adult-oriented kind of place, and there really is no beach by the Hyatt. Beach at Clearwater is very nice. Large, roomy suites with separate living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms at Clearwater would be great for you with kids (as opposed to a small hotel-like room at Key West). No RC at either, breakfast menus at both are the same, so they're even as far as food goes.
