The only reference in the rules for children having access is that Elite/Super Elite can bring dependent children without charge. There is no mention of any other class having that privilege, including passes, *G, Red Carpet etc...

That said, I'd be shocked if you ran into any trouble with bringing young kids in with you on a pass.
