Same thing with me. Booked a trip yesterday and the confirming email did not show up. Called today and they sent it right away manually. Booked another flight 2 days ago on-line and the email confirmation arrived in about an hour. Used to they came in 1 - 5 minutes. Something is amiss with their system.
