I did get a strange email a couple days ago from Fairmont stating that i had achieved/maintained Plat status for this year. This however is not true, my profile shows now premier. But the email also stated another number: probably the SG number (started at least with SG). I did stay three nights at a swissotel last year, and at that time also become member of Swiss Gold (just before finding out that they give Fairmont benefits).
I am puzzled....
I would call into Fairmont and inquire.. you may get upgraded to Platinum based on the e-mail.. well, one can hope.
