Probably a stupid question, but did a search and didn't find anything. Downloaded the tool today, but still waiting on ANA member card to arrive from Japan. I think I requested it about a month ago and called their US office today and dude wouldn't give it over the phone. He said it takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive.

So pretty much I'm sol until that member card comes to review Award Availibility for Star Allliance airlines?

Also, do you need a mileage balance with ANA in order to use the tool?
