At the Ren in Hamburg, I got an LNF rate and Marriott messed up my reservation - they changed from 2 guests to 1 guest. It shouldn't be a big deal at all but at the Ren they were shocked that we were 2 people. The FD told me that he will find a nice room - well a small room facing the parking lot! There were tons of rooms in that hotel and I guess the hotel must be full of Plats. All we got was the free breakfast as there is no CL in that hotel.

I guess I'm not lucky with my MR Gold.
