I could be mistaken, but I thought the highest US Airways branded card you could apply for was the Premiere World card, and that World Elite was invitation only. I didn't get invited to World Elite until I was a Premiere World card member for a year, and I have to spend 35k/year to keep it.
I'm not even aware of a Platinum version.
