If I use google chrome it freezes at 60% (this never happened before).
Using IE9 initially no matter what date I chose it only wanted to book 3/11/11.
After going through many contortions

, I was able to get the proper dates in.
I sent an email to customer service which elicited a useless reply. I called 1-800-eharrahs (supposedly their web support number) and the agent gave me useless info also.
Why have web booking options if they don't work?
Anyone else experiencing problems?
Followup, I tried using IE8 and that seems to be OK.
