if that's not what you're looking for maybe it can at least lead you in a better direction than dealing with AC
The above link is intended for serious air safety incident/accidents - such as emergencies, engine failures, accidents, etc.. It is a better idea for passengers to raise a complaint or concern through the "CAIRS" process. Link as follows:

If a legitimate concern, this will makes its way to the assigned Transport Canada Principal Operations Inspector (POI). From there, the POI will forward the concern to the appropriate safety department or regulatory staff for feedback/follow-up.
