Last week I got an emailed Schedule Change notification, but when I checked the reservation there was no banner about a schedule change, and the only change was that my last return segment to LHR was now scheduled to depart 20 minutes later, but still arrive at the same time. Why notify me of that I wondered.

Today I got a call from reservations telling me that as a result of a schedule change to this reservation the 1:20 connection in DFW flying outbound LHR-DFW-HOU was too short, and that the minimum is 1:25. But in fact there had been no schedule change LHR-DFW-HOU, and the wiki shows the International-Domestic MCT at DFW as 1:10.

So is there a mistake in the wiki, has the MCT changed, or was the agent wrong?
