Actually I believe that they are just lazy sometimes.

I called 2 times for the booking I mentioned and both of the times I got a price nearly 2K. I was asking them why the price was so high and they were answering me that this is the price, then I asked: can you please tell me the Fare that I am booked and they were trying to book me on Y and W (fares not classes), I was keep telling them that I don't want a full flexible ticket but they were insisting that this is the only way.
