Interesting Link. Don't think I've seen Lasagne on US TA flights in years... It's always Chicken with vegetables and potatoes, or Penne (or Ravioli) with a white/red sauce. Sometimes you get the occasional Beef dish, but usually the FA's don't know if its Chicken or beef until you read the printout on your portion.

I do miss the pre arrival snack sandwiches. The last two times its been a dry turkey sandwich on a brown hoagie. The foccacia sandwich was actually quite nice.


The menu descriptions make it sound so nice...
