I chose not to go into detail because I did not want this to turn into a discussion on whether or not my concerns were justified - I was, simply, asking if anyone had more direct contact details, and I was hoping that one of you more regular Air Canada flyers might be able to help.

There were two reasons why I was hoping to bypass the Customer Relations department.

One is the confidentiality aspect. This is, partly, a complaint about a flight attendant who may not be up to her job. When complaints concern failings of named individuals they should, IMHO, be read by as few people as possible.

The other one is that, having dealt with AC Customer Relations twice within the last year, I'm sorry to say that I don't have a lot of faith in them.
