I seem to get similar e-mails and they always seem to arrive days or even a week later then I would expect.

I also receive mails that list my mileage totals, but the total is what I had in my account 7-10 days prior. Almost as if they run a list of users to send mails to, and then don't actually send the mails for a while.

That or the system just takes so long to get through everyone that some people receive their copies at the end of the run which takes multiple days.
