Well since you've given nothing to go on I think it's perfectly reasonable for us to assume you're talking about something silly like someone in the exit aisle who doesn't speak English or someone with their seatbelt off or with a phone on or something like that.
From what you've told us a nosy passenger thought something wasn't up to his standard and the paid professional whose job it was to deal with it didn't think it was anything. I
