Not necessarily. In my day job I work for a large global (read: evil) corporation that makes a gazillian dollars profit per quarter. As such I'm fairly accustomed to price tags for enterprise-level stuff.
The kind, gentle non profit that I spend time to balance the Karma in my life is remarkably well-run despite the multitude of challenges and could actually afford some real software if that proved to be the best thing to do.
