My "pound sand" comment was in reference to that very situation; you shouldn't rely on the phone agents at all (well, it's worth a shot, but if they can't produce results after 5 minutes, then hang up the phone and get busy on your computer).

single test case, I searched PVG-FRA and FRA-IAD on August 14 +5 days... lots of flights, though mostly in business.
