I am buying a iPad2 this weekend AND and it's time to upgrade my cell phone, too.

AT&T has the "old" 3GS available for only $49. For me, I mainly use the phone for calling and playing games. I'll have the iPad available if I really need to access the net.

The newer 4G phones are running $199 and $299 (16 and 32 gig). But I heard that when they came out, there were a lot of problems with the 4G phones, mainly the antenna.

So--is it OK to get the old 3G phone?
Have the problems with the 4G phone been corrected since released?
Is Apple going to release an iPhone5 anytime soon, so the prices on the current iPhone4 will drop?

What's the best advice?
