BETHESDA, MARYLAND For the sixth consecutive year, Marriott International Inc. sits atop Fortune magazine’s ranking of the most admired hotel companies.
Marriott scored 7.41, beating second-place Hyatt Hotels Corp. (6.51) by nearly a full point. Ranking third is Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. (6.18), followed by Wynn Resorts (5.97) and Host Hotels & Resorts (5.93). Rounding out the top 10 are Wyndham Worldwide, MGM Resorts International, Las Vegas Sands Corp., Accor SA and Caesars Entertainment Corp.
On the cross-industry list, only Marriott placed in the top 50, ranking 37th. Apple took the top spot overall.
The rankings are based on a global survey of executives, directors and analysts who were asked to rate companies in their industry on nine criteria, from investment value to social responsibility.

Sure Ritz is a nice top-end brand but the redemption rates are ASTRONOMICAL
I could go on ALL day....not to mention their "free" night promos are only valid for CAT 1-4
