I have stayed at PH Sydney, Washington, Chicago, and Aviara and none of them have clubs. You do get breakfast and should be for the number of guests in the room. At Chicago we had two rooms (2 adults in one, and 3 adults in another) and only one diamond (me) and everyone received breakfast. We even had a friend join us one morning and they comped that, too. I have no experience with those hotels, but I imagine all three will get breakfast.
