I have no doubt that a decent Shepherds' Pie [that would be made with lamb, I assume?] would satisfy the pax down the back. However, casting all pretentiousness aside, is that really an F/J meal? I think not, in a general sense.

BA has several small mountains to climb on the catering front. I retain my doubts that either Gate Gourmet [hahaha] or Heston Blumenthal are necessarily the Sherpas for that mission. It might be beneficial for someone from IFCE [God, what a pretentious title] to have a small morsel of humble pie before trying to discover how other airlines do it better ... but I guess that will be "Commercial in Confidence".
