That Hyatt offers us an option at NAmerican properties is good because most of the food and beverage offerings are pretty miserable: nachos and Bud, get real! But at Park Hyatts in Asia and Europe I've had a great selection of foods prepared by fine pastry chefs.
Or the infamous rock-hard green apples grown in that fine artisan orchard in Chile and shipped all the way across the ocean to the HR Mainz
