Hi

I was delayed in CPT for 3 days during the snow choas at Heathrow mid december.

I filed a compensation claim for hotel costs etc early January. I have yet to receive a reply. Anyone know the time lag or as anyone received their compensation for that period.

Maybe I should follow up!
