Hi - regarding gate time, I missed off a crucial caveat - that it currently onbly works in T5. We're currently working on getting the data for other airports.

Stortford Vic - have you tried changing to a WAP connection from within the app - that sometimes helps login issues.

Regarding the departure times, the app doesn't auto refresh these - it has to be done manually. We're considering an auto-refresh option, but haven't yet done this because of possible data roaming charges. What are the opinions on this - is auto refresh an optional feature you'd like us to introduce?
