Maybe I'm being a bit thick, but I don't see gate information. My flights is in 3 hours time, and I don't see this information anywhere - on the home page where my next flights is listed, under 'view all bookings' or on the BP.
Well I did get "CANCELLED" on my home page against the flight yesterday, at 15 minutes before the flight, and before they bothered to put it on the screens or make an annoucement. So the headstart to the ticketing desk helped.
For the subsequent 2 flights I was rebooked on, I didn't see the gate information appear, even as I was boarding.
