My interpretation of the article was that these are stuck in Committee, i.e. left to die. With the developments in NH and TX, some pressure may be able to shake them loose.
There are Assembly and Senate committees for both Judiciary and Transportation so lots of members. I'll probably faxzero some and email others to Chairs/Vice Chairs with a message similar to those that went to TX Rep Simpson and NH Rep Lambert.
