1. Is carryon size an FAA regulation?
2. If not, why would they be involved?
3. If it is an FAA regulation, what are the penalties associated with "violating" this regulation.
4. To echo an earlier comment about the propriety of this kind of emphasis at this time in our economic condition...Really?
