We stayed in a 4 Points for about two months while our new house was being built. we dealt directly with the property manager and negotiated a rate (lower than the best spg rate and free parking). Be careful though - there is a clause (something to do with you being viewed as a monthyl renter vs. just renting a hotel room) that says that you can only stay for something like 30 days at a time. The front desk was really good in helping us avoid this and get us upgraded for the whole time. Good luck with your stay!
