Think of it as poetic justice as a whole on the business traveller for all the unnecessary company/client money
some (not to impugn techgirl here in any way) employees spend over what was really needed to get personal benefits (whether it is the elite status, or a free night or whatever).
Sorry, my circumstances make me see it from both employee and employer perspective.
But I do support SPG giving a choice of restitution to the guest.
