I am a new SM and pulled up an itinerary I booked last week on Delta.com (and made sure "upgrade requested" box was checked at time of booking. In looking at the details of the booking, for each leg it says whether the flight is "upgrade eligible" or "not upgrade eligible" (due to CRJ).
It doesn't say anywhere whether upgrades have actually been "requested."
Where would I go to make that change, or must it only be done by a CSR?
