Delta Customer Relations "Boiler Plate" Letter Responses - Please Post
OK, so I have been communicating with Delta Customer Relations and of course you recieve the standard boiler plate letters, which minimally address the issue. The first three communications were responsive if you consider sucess being, like throwing darts and if the landed in the same state.
The note I received today said, "Customer service is of the utmost importance at Delta and we regret that the friendly, helpful attitude we expect of our people was lacking in this case. We will not tolerate discourtesy, and we do all possible to prevent anything similar from happening in the future."
What is so funny?? He was commenting on his own letter.
So, lets have a little fun. Please post your experiences with Customer Care, not the entire letter, just the relevant paragraph and lets have a little laugh at the "boiler plates" . . .
