I think any full fare booking in J is a lost opportunity if not at least attempted to upgrade to F.
Great point, I am not on a RTW fare but a full J class fare. I will book with AA so I will try for the F upgrade on HKG to LHR. I assume that I arrive at T5 and will have to transfer to T3 for my AA flight from LHR to MIA?
