I usually bring my own - Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - along with coffee filters and locally gathered honey. The biggest disappointment for me is when there are no little containers of half and half as I detest that powdery stuff. But, I was delighted to find some in the room at the Sheraton Colorado Springs recently.
