I never use it, partly because I don't like "Charbucks" coffees, but also because the brewers/pots are always dirty. Just take a whif of that little coffee machine next time you're in a room...does it smell like it was ever cleaned? (And rinsing the glass chirafe in the sink doesn't count -- just look at the coffee stains inside the pot.)
