They were looking at my shirt throughout the process, wrote up a formal report on me, and talked to the UA station manager.
You would think that after they got their winkies whacked over the Arabic T-shirt debacle the learning process would would keep them from repeating the error.
Oh, yeah. It was an out-of-court settlement, no blame was attached, so no lesson learned.
