Ahh! My mistake. Still, it was her fault. An entire plane had to be delayed and maybe some pax missed their European connections. Her inconvenience of having to fly across the country twice (many people here would jump at that opportunity) doesn't outweigh the convenience of the rest of the pax and the airline.
