Sounds like my experience at MCI, wearing the same t-shirt. Got a secondary of my bags, and a formal report was written about me. A few weeks after, one of the guys from DHS told me that I surrender all rights after passing the TDC

They were looking at my shirt throughout the process, wrote up a formal report on me, and talked to the UA station manager.
