I think it's kind of sucky to not be able to see which flights you've at least TRIED to credit. I sometimes believe I have not received my points but in reality the flight gave 0 points. If they could just show them as 0 that would actually be helpful...

... and then add some tools like exporting your points to a CSV file, some API's to talk to your EB account and some other stuff that is default after the year 2004, that would be a nice upgrade to EB..
